What began as a friend and family affair 15 years ago, full of kitchen taste tests over beers and late night labeling turned into a unique flavor marketable and desired by many.

the idea

It all starts within the mind of maker, Jeremy Weller. A constant tinkerer, accepting of nothing less than perfect. Weller’s first love, at the young age of eight, revolved around Tabasco and plain white bread.

A family Affair

When Jeremy and his wife, Liz, had their first daughter, time at home creating recipes in a small kitchen was commonplace. The desire to create a delicious Habanero sauce was then born.

This is another great starter hot sauce that has amazing flavor and packs a punch that doesn't linger in your mouth for an eternity. It shines a spotlight on the habanero pepper without adding other flavor profiles to the mix. Before trying it, I'd never tasted a true habanero pepper, which has a crisp, slightly sweet flavor that pairs well with almost anything.

This hot sauce has quickly become a staple in our household! Delicious on everything!

This stuff is amazing. I put it on everything from eggs, pizza, rice and beans, quesadilla and the list goes on. Most recently I mixed it with some mayonnaise to make a spicy dip for roasted veggies and it turned out great. I no longer buy any other type of hot sauce. Weller sauce works is the best and I hope that they come out with other recipes in the future. A+-5 stars-gold medal-blue ribbon Hot Sauce. The Habanero flavor is excellent and takes center stage. Wonderful product!

Love this hot sauce! The sweetness of the habaneros really comes out and is t overpowered by carrots or other fillers like other hot sauces. Great heat.

I'm kind of a snob when it comes to sauce so I was expecting a lot. This hit! Undoubtedly hot, the flavors meet to give a nice base with a punch! The fact that it has so much flavor with only 7 ingredients is crazy!
